Ingredients
  • 2cups porridge oats
  • 2tablespoons sifted cocoa powder
  • 1scoop whey protein powder
  • 2tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1tablespoon honey
  • 2tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Chia Seedsoptional
  • Flax Seedsoptional
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Use an ice cream scoop or roll into small balls with clean hands and place on a baking tray.
  3. Place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to set.
  4. Grab, allow to thaw and snack as you please!
