Ingredients
  • 100ml low fat milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 150g frozen fruit of the forest
  • 50g Blueberries
  • 1tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon
  • 1tsp mixed seeds
  • 1tsp honey
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
