This smoothie makes a great recovery drink after exercise, or a mid afternoon snack for hungry children just out of school.

  • 200g Fresh or Frozen Berries
  • 1 Banana
  • 250ml milk
  • 2-3dip Natural yogurt
  • 1-2tsp honeyoptional
