Berry & Banana Smoothie
This smoothie makes a great recovery drink after exercise, or a mid afternoon snack for hungry children just out of school.

- 200 g Fresh or Frozen Berries
- 1 Banana
- 250 ml milk
- 2-3 dip Natural yogurt
- 1-2 tsp honey optional
