Centra Own Brand Price Comparison

The Centra Range own brand products are up to 40% cheaper than the better known brands sold within Centra stores, where a comparable product exists in store.

The current product prices were implemented in store from 9th March 2025.

The Centra range own brand products are subject to availability and available in participating stores only. Some products may not be available in all stores and some prices may go up as well as down. The right to remove products from the scheme or amend prices at any time is reserved.

Supermarket Price Match

At Centra we’ve price matched key everyday lines with Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda.

Our prices within the range of everyday lines are matched excluding promotions and are checked every three weeks with pricing going live in participating stores 5 days later.

Terms & Conditions

  • Our prices are matched against comparable products in Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda and are set at the minimum retail across all three stores.
  • Prices highlighted on shelf are checked every three weeks against www.tesco.com, www.sainsburys.co.uk and www.asda.com in Northern Ireland and live in stores 5 days after the check has happened.
  • Prices checked on the three websites are standard pricing only and exclude promotions such as club card, nectar and roll back etc.
  • Where products are a different size, the price will be matched on a pro-rata basis for setting our new price on shelf.
  • The Supermarket Price Match is available in participating Centra stores with products subject to availability depending on the size of store.
  • Centra reserves the right to remove products from the Supermarket Price Match or amend the prices at any time.

Look out for the Supermarket Price Match symbol on shelf in store.
